Senior Kindergarten
5 to 6 yearsPreparation program aimed at independence, emotional resilience and social skills development.
Senior Kindergarten is the bridge between early childhood education and formal primary school. Our SKG programme ensures every child transitions with confidence, skills and a positive attitude toward learning.
What we focus on
- Independence and life skills — managing tasks, belongings and time on their own, building responsibility and practical everyday skills
- Emotional resilience — coping with change, disappointment and new challenges
- Advanced literacy — reading simple texts, writing words and sentences
- Numeracy — addition, subtraction and early mathematical thinking
- Social skills — conflict resolution, leadership and collaboration
- Music and movement — songs, rhythm, instruments and dance that develop coordination, memory and expression
- Critical thinking — puzzles, problem-solving activities, open-ended questions and STEM activities
- Art and creative expression — painting, craft and creative projects that nurture imagination and fine motor skills
Preparing for primary school
Our SKG graduates enter primary school not just academically prepared, but emotionally and socially equipped to thrive in a more demanding environment.
